个人简介

2012年于同济大学获得计算机应用技术博士学位(获上海市优秀博士学位论文),2009-2011年在Washington University in St. Louis计算机科学与工程系,从事计算生物学研究(国家公派留学,联合培养博士生)。20129月起,进入东华大学计算机科学与技术学院工作,历任讲师、副教授和教授。

主要研究方向包括生物信息学、数据挖掘、服务计算、大数据分析等,已在生物信息学、数据挖掘、网络服务和人工智能领域的顶级或重要学术期刊和国际会议上发表高水平学术论文50余篇。

作为项目负责人,近年来正在主持或已完成国家级和省部级等各类科研项目10余项,包括3项国家自然科学基金项目(面上2项、青年1项)、3项上海市自然科学基金项目(面上2项、青年1项)、1项上海市“晨光计划”人才项目和2项中央高校专项资金项目(重点1项、自由探索1项)等。

2013年获得上海市优秀博士学位论文奖、2014年获得上海市“晨光计划”人才计划奖、2019年获得教育部自然科学二等奖。

Resume (Yanglan Gan)

IBasic Information

Yanglan Gan, Professor of Computer Science, Doctoral Supervisor, Donghua University, Shanghai, China. In 2012, she obtained a doctorate in computer application technology from Tongji University and received an excellent doctoral dissertation in Shanghai. From 2009 to 2011, she was supported by CSC for joint Ph.D. training and engaged in computational biology research in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. Since September 2012, she has worked in the School of Computer Science and Technology, Donghua University.

The main research directions include Bioinformatics, Data Mining, Service Computing, Big Data Analysis, etc., and have published more than 50 high-level academic papers in top or important premier academic journals and international conferences in the fields of bioinformatics, data mining, service computing and artificial intelligence.

As the principal investigator, she has presided over or completed more than 10 national, provincial and other scientific research projects, including 3 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, 3 Shanghai Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 Shanghai "Morning Light" talent plan project, and 2 central university special fund projects, etc.

She won the Shanghai Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award in 2013, the Shanghai "Morning Light" talent plan award in 2014, and the second prize of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education in 2019.
