个人简介

2012年于同济大学获得计算机应用技术博士学位(获上海市优秀博士学位论文),主要研究机器学习与智能算法、大数据分析和生物信息等。研究成果发表在数据挖掘和生物信息领域的重要学术期刊和国际会议上,已发表论文40余篇(SCI论文36篇)。包括在Knowledge-Based Systems (IF=8.04)Briefings in Bioinformatics(IF=11.62)Neurocomputing IF=5.72)IEEE Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics(IF=3.71)Bioinformatics(IF=6.93)BMC Bioinformatics (IF=3.17)  Expert Systems with Applications (IF=6.95)IEEE ICWSICSOC等学术期刊和会议上发表学术论文。

作为项目负责人,近年来正在主持或已完成国家级和省部级等各类科研项目10余项,包括3项国家自然科学基金项目(面上2项、青年1项)、3项上海自然科学基金项目(面上2项、青年1项)、1项上海市“晨光计划”人才项目和1项中央高校专项资金(重点)项目等。

2013年获得上海市优秀博士学位论文奖、2014年获得上海市“晨光计划”人才计划奖。作为参与人2019年获得国家教育部自然科学二等奖1项。
